It's certainly an entertaining concept, and pretty well done for the length of the competition.

I couldn't keep my developers happy to save my (or their) lives. Even giving them astronomical raises never seemed to satisfy them. Also, they never seemed to be working, just sleeping or playing fortnite...lazy bums.

I appreciated the fact that there was no way to run out of money.

Obviously there is a ton more you could do here, and it would be interesting to see. Assigning developers to projects and actually seeing burndown charts and stats on the project would be interesting. With a lot of time invested the concept could be a pretty fun game.
